Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
  • The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  • The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, or RTF document file format.
  • Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
  • The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
  • The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.

Guidelines for Authors

 

1. Length

Articles and reports should be between 3000 and 9000 words (or 10–15 pages using standard margin settings) including abstract, notes, references, appendices and figures.

Abstracts should be of maximum 200 words.

Book reviews should be of approximately 1000–2000 words.


2. Language

Articles and reports may be written in one of the following languages:
English, French, German or Spanish.

Abstracts and other contributions must be written in English.

 

3. Submission
Articles should be supplied in Word format. Submissions should be made using the online submission and peer review system (Open Journal System) on the LSP journals website http://lsp.cbs.dk where authors will be guided through the submission process.This is the only method of submission.

Peer review:

Articles are peer reviewed.

Reports and book reviews are reviewed by the Editorial Board only.
