Author Biographies

Matthew J. Hill

president of Matthew J Hill Consulting, is a business anthropologist and organizational development consultant with extensive experience working with clients in financial services, technology, and government. He has published widely on business organizational issues including recent articles on digital transformation in CU Management and a forthcoming article on intrapreneurship for the Kauffmann Foundation. He holds a PhD in anthropology from the University of Chicago where he conducted research on World Heritage Cities around the world.

is president of Moussa Consulting and an affiliated faculty member in the College of Liberal and Professional Studies at the University of Pennsylvania. His work has been featured on NPR and in Time, Businessweek, U.S. News and World Report, Fortune, Forbes Inc., Entrepreneur, Economist, and the Financial Times. He is the co-author of the bestseller The Art of Woo and Committed Teams.
