Lisa Weems, Miami University

Lisa Weems is Assistant Professor in the Department of Educational Leadership at Miami University in Oxford, Ohio. Her current research interests include feminist and post-colonial theories of difference and representation. She teaches undergraduate and graduate courses in Cultural Studies, Power and Nonformal Education as well as qualitative research methodology. She is currently Director of the Center for Education and Cultural Studies at Miami University which is an interdisciplinary consortium on cultural studies and critical pedagogy.
