Resumé

Samarbejde på tværs er ikke længere blot et ideal – det er blevet en nødvendighed i moderne offentlig ledelse. Således har den kollaborative vending vundet indpas globalt og er i dag en integreret del af reformdagsordener, også i Danmark. Især i kommunerne over hele landet ser vi, hvordan de nye kollaborative samarbejdsformer vokser frem, hvor offentlige, private og civilsamfundsaktører går sammen om at skabe velfærdsværdi. Artiklen sammenfatter det kollaborative værdiprogram, der består af ’værdi skabt’ og ’værdien af at skabe sammen’, og som både fremmer individuelle interesser og kollektive formål. Med værdiprogrammet som udgangspunkt bidrager artiklen med at vise, hvordan dets værdier grundlæggende produceres og opstår samtidigt, samt hvilken social økonomi der ligger til grund derfor, gaveøkonomien. Med denne indsigt står ledere bedre rustet til at skabe synlige resultater gennem relationer, det vil sige forstå, designe og evaluere kollaborativ værdi.
