Resumé

Artiklen bidrager til skandinavisk litteratur om fællesskabelse med et empirisk studie af fællesskabelse som proces. Studiet udfoldes ved hjælp af to procesteoretiske begrebstråde sensemaking-organisering-enactment og begær-begivenhed-materialitet inspireret af henholdsvis Weick og Deleuze. Analysen peger på, at fællesskabelse kan gribes som et fænomen drevet af intensivering af gensidigt enactment og materielle og narrative tråde til verden udenfor og tidligere fællesskaber. På baggrund af denne indsigt formulerer artiklen opmærksomheder, som er vigtige for, hvordan man kan understøtte fællesskabelse i praksis. Disse omfatter aktivitet, rum, stemninger, værtsskab og fælles fortællinger.
