At analysere forretningsmodellen: Hvad er værdiskabelseshistorien i CrowdCatcher?

Abstract
Based on a case study of CrowdCatcher, which is an innovation project with ties to the project ‘Østjysk Innovation’, it is demonstrated how a business model can be found through analysis and put into coherent history on value creation, supported by the most important performance indicators. Similarly, the performance indicators and critical success factors pivotal for the future management of the business are introduced. The analysis identifies two business dilemmas which may be relevant to other entrepreneurial enterprises. The first is the dilemma between innovation and structures. The second is the dilemma between short-term and long-term challenges where the task of allocating resources for long-term planning clearly poses a problem due to shortterm bottlenecks such as time and capital.
